Layer biscuit base, caramel, banana, and coconut cream. Simple as that.

The semi-dried bananas are the twist, they’re sweeter and chewier than fresh, with natural caramelization from dehydration. If you don’t have them, use fresh bananas but the flavor will be less intense.

Store wrapped in the freezer, and let sit a few minutes before eating them.
