The 3-Step Framework
But you can't casually try this.
If you skip the setup, it becomes suffering. If you break it wrong, it becomes damage.
IMPORTANT: Extended fasting should only be attempted with medical supervision. This is my personal experience, not medical advice.
1. Prepare Right (7-10 days)
Don't just stop eating. That's shock, not fasting.
Week before, eliminate:
Animal products
Processed foods
Sugar and artificial sweeteners
Caffeine
Alcohol
Focus on: Steamed vegetables, fresh juices, herbal teas.
Final 2-4 days: Raw fruit only. Small portions like papaya with lime.
2. Hydrate Deep (During fast)
3.5 to 4 liters per day. Minimum.
I use distilled water and rotate between:
Sea moss gel
Shilajit (trace minerals)
Electrolyte drops
Without proper hydration, fasting becomes depletion. With it, you get breakthrough.
3. Break It Smart (Most critical phase)
Most people destroy their progress in re-entry.
Your digestive system has been resting, so wake it up gently.
Here’s how I broke mine?

What to Expect: The 4 Phases
Fasting isn't linear. You move through distinct phases:
Phase 1 (Days 1-2): Burning stored glucose. You feel cravings, not true hunger.
This is withdrawal.
Phase 2-3 (Days 3-7): Appetite disappears. Deep cellular healing begins.
Energy stabilizes and becomes clean.
Phase 4 (Days 8+): Real hunger returns. This is your body's signal that healing is complete.
Push past this, and it becomes depletion, not restoration.
Supporting the Process
Detox symptoms are normal and beneficial:
Fatigue, headaches, irritability
Skin reactions, emotional releases
Sleep disruption, intense dreams
Support your systems:
Skin: Dry brushing, Epsom salt baths, coconut oil
Elimination: Gentle movement, plenty of water
Mental: Breathwork, journaling, meditation, silence
Fasting is stillness, but not inaction.
It's a conversation with your body when the noise finally stops.
What Most People Get Wrong
They spend 7 days healing... then break the fast with pizza.
That's not healing. That's self-sabotage.
Proper re-entry requires:
Gradual rehydration with electrolytes
Slow enzyme reintroduction
Anti-inflammatory foods only
